Consumption Time definition

Consumption Time means, with respect to each Application Workload, the amount of time that elapses while such Application Workload is Used. For clarity, Consumption Time reporting is conducted on a per Application Workload basis.

Examples of Consumption Time in a sentence

  • For each Application Workload used on a Consumption basis, the Consumption Fee shall be calculated by multiplying together the following: the Token Price, the applicable Token Rate, and the Consumption Time for such Application Workload.

  • Customer may share any Account with any Associate, permitting such Associate to use such Account in accordance with Section 4.2. Customer acknowledges that: (a) the content, applications and workflows of such shared Account will be accessible and visible to all Users of Customer and such Associate; (b) all Consumption Time related to such shared Account will be invoiced to Customer; and (c) there will be no separate billing per entity.

  • By way of a non-limiting example, if the Token Price is One Dollar ($1.0), the Token Rate is two (2) Tokens per hour, and Customer uses (3) hours of Consumption Time of two (2) Application Workloads of an Application, the Consumption Fee would be Twelve Dollars ($12).

  • By way of a non-limiting example, if the Token Price is One Dollar ($1.0), the Token Rate is two (2) Tokens per hour, and Managed Service Provider uses (3) hours of Consumption Time of two (2) Application Workloads of an Application, the Consumption Fee would be Twelve Dollars ($12).

  • As an illustrative example, for each Application Workload used on a Consumption basis, the Consumption Fee will be calculated by multiplying together the following: the Token Price, the applicable Token Rate, and the Consumption Time for such Application Workload.

  • Managed Service Provider may share any Account with any Associate, permitting such Associate to use such Account in accordance with Section 4.2. Managed Service Provider acknowledges that: (a) the content, applications and workflows of such shared Account will be accessible and visible to all Users of Managed Service Provider and such Associate; (b) all Consumption Time related to such shared Account will be invoiced to Managed Service Provider; and (c) there will be no separate billing per entity.

  • By way of a non-limiting example, if the Token Price is One Dollar ($1.0), the Token Rate is two (2) Tokens per hour, and Advanced Channel Partner uses (3) hours of Consumption Time of two (2) Application Workloads of an Application, the Consumption Fee would be Twelve Dollars ($12).

Advanced Channel Partner acknowledges that: (a) the content, applications and workflows of such shared Account will be accessible and visible to all Users of Advanced Channel Partner and such Associate; (b) all Consumption Time related to such shared Account will be invoiced to Advanced Channel Partner; and (c) there will be no separate billing per entity.
