Consumer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Consumer, and any land over which the Consumer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

Examples of Consumer’s Premises in a sentence

  • The Retailer will, subject to clause 27.1, include in its Consumer Contracts (subject to any alternative written agreement between the Retailer and the Distributor) an undertaking by the Consumer to provide and maintain, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment relating primarily to the connection to the Network of Points of Connection at the Consumer’s Premises that the Distributor determines is necessary.

  • If circumstances so require, the Network User will assist the Distributor to obtain an undertaking from the Consumer to provide and maintain, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space for the safe and secure housing of the Distributor’s Equipment related to the Consumer’s Connection and deemed necessary by the Distributor in accordance with Good Industry Practice to be housed at the Consumer’s Premises.

  • Clause 13.1 The Distributor may disconnect the Consumer's ICP and reclaim its equipment if the Consumer does not give the Distributor access to the Distributor’s Equipment on the Consumer’s Premises on notice from the Distributor.

  • The Water Distribution Licensee authorized by a sewerage services licensee to demand, collect and retain all prescribed rates and charges for and on behalf of the sewerage services licensee shall be entitled to recover the outstanding amount through a civil action in court and disconnect supply of water to the Consumer’s Premises if the Consumer fails to pay the rates and charges.

  • The charge is calculated based on the number of Consumer’s Premises that are supplied electricity by the Network User on the last day of each Month.

  • The Consumer will provide the Distributor and its agents with safe and unobstructed access onto the Consumer’s Premises for certain purposes (eg inspection and maintenance of the Distributor's Equipment) at reasonable times).

  • The Trader will, subject to clause 27.1, include in its Consumer Contracts (subject to any alternative written agreement between the Trader and the Distributor) an undertaking by the Consumer to provide and maintain, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment relating primarily to the connection to the Network of Points of Connection at the Consumer’s Premises that the Distributor determines is necessary.

  • In the event of a conflict between the provisions of clause 11 and any provision of any existing agreement between the Consumer and Distributor with respect to the Distributor’s access rights to the Consumer’s Premises, then the provisions of the existing agreement between the Distributor and Consumer will prevail to the extent of such conflict.

  • If the Retailer's Equipment, Consumer’s Installation, or the Consumer’s Premises is damaged by the negligence or wilful act or omission of the Distributor or the Distributor's employees, agents or invitees, then the Distributor shall pay the cost of making good the damage to the Retailer or the Consumer (as the case may be).
