Consumer Track Action definition
Consumer Track Action means the Consumer Track of the consolidated lawsuit captioned In re: Wawa, Inc. Data Security Litigation, Case No. 19-6019-GEKP, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

The Parties will have the same right to seek discovery from any objecting Settlement Class Member as they would if the objector was a party in the Consumer Track Action, including the right to take the objector’s deposition.
