Consumer sector definition

Consumer sector means a major division of consumers, i.e., residential, commercial, or industrial.
Consumer sector means the low-income, elderly, or handicapped persons who reside in the service area of a CAA and who are eligible to be served by the CAA.

  • If there is a quorum for the End-Use Consumer sector but there is not a quorum for the Small Consumer subsector, the Members in the Small Consumer subsector who are 21 Section 7.08.

  • If there is a quorum for the End-Use Consumer sector but there is not a quorum for the Small Consumer subsector, the Members in the Small Consumer subsector who are present and eligible to vote shall be entitled to cast individual Member votes in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.05, and the remaining voting 21 Section 7.08.

  • Member votes in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.05, and the remaining voting share of the Small Consumer subsector shall be reallocated to the other subsectors of the End-Use Consumer sector on a proportional basis according to the relative voting weight of the subsectors.

  • If there is a quorum for the End-Use Consumer sector but there is not a quorum for the Small Consumer subsector, the Members in the Small Consumer subsector who are present and eligible to vote shall be entitled to cast individual Member votes in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.05, and the remaining voting share of the Small Consumer subsector shall be reallocated to the other 21 Section 7.08.
