  • The requirements with respect to the activation of a sector or subsector apply to each sector and subsector, except the following: the Transmission Owners sector, the State Public Power Authorities subsector of the Public Power/Environmental Parties sector, and the governmental agency subsector of the End-Use Consumer sector.
