CONSUMER RECEIVABLES means any or all Accounts and Payment Intangibles owed to the Loan Parties which are consumer credit receivables originated by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (including those acquired from a third-party lender in connection with a CSO Program), including Installment Loans, Lines of Credit, Payday Loans and Title Loans as the context may require.
