Consumer Rate means the fixed interest rate payable on a Sub-loan by a Beneficiary to a PFI, established periodically by the Borrower and agreed with the Bank;

  • The amount payable with respect to the Consumer Rate Relief Bonds pursuant to Section 8.02(e)(i) shall not exceed $100,000 annually.

  • At the option of the Holder, Consumer Rate Relief Bonds may be exchanged for other Consumer Rate Relief Bonds in any Minimum Denominations, of the same Tranche and aggregate principal amount, upon surrender of the Consumer Rate Relief Bonds to be exchanged at such office or agency as provided in Section 3.02.
