Consumer Mortgage definition

Consumer Mortgage. A mortgage or other security deed in land and interests in real property, structures, improvements, fixtures and buildings located on or used in connection with real property or rights and interests in real property which secures a Consumer Loan.
Consumer Mortgage means, with respect to any Consumer Construction ----------------- Loan or Consumer Lot Loan, a mortgage, deed of trust, deed to secure debt, or other form of mortgage instrument that constitutes under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction a Lien on the property to be financed under such loan.
