Consumer-Level ACH Data definition

Consumer-Level ACH Data means a bank account number together with a bank routing number, or a customer’s name together with a customer’s social security number. Processor and Company further agree to comply with any prevention, detection, investigation, and escalation (notification) requirements of any NACHA policies relating to ACH data breach notification requirements and any applicable state or federal laws.
Consumer-Level ACH Data means the following information with respect to consumer clients of an RDFI gathered by Client for the purpose of initiating ACH transactions: (i) a bank account number together with a bank account routing number; or (ii) the consumer’s name together with the consumer’s social security number.

Examples of Consumer-Level ACH Data in a sentence

  • Processor and Company agree to (i) adopt and implement commercially reasonable policies, procedures and systems to receive, store, transmit and destroy Consumer-Level ACH Data in a secure manner and to protect against data breaches; and (ii) implement commercially reasonable policies, procedures and systems to detect the occurrence of a data breach within its respective organization.

  • Processor, Company, and/or TPA agree to (i) adopt and implement commercially reasonable policies, procedures and systems to receive, store, transmit and destroy Consumer-Level ACH Data in a secure manner and to protect against data breaches; and (ii) implement commercially reasonable policies, procedures and systems to detect the occurrence of a data breach within its respective organization.

  • You will provide prompt and accurate notification to us by calling Commercial Services Support / the Customer Care Center with regard to any Data Breaches when known or reasonably suspected by you, including but not limited to, Data Breaches to Consumer-Level ACH Data, and will take all reasonable measures, including, without limitation, retaining computer forensic experts, to determine the scope of any data or transactions affected by any Data Breaches, providing all such determinations to the Bank.

  • You will provide prompt and accurate notification to us by calling the Electronic Banking Department with regard to any Data Breaches when known or reasonably suspected by you, including but not limited to, Data Breaches to Consumer-Level ACH Data, and will take all reasonable measures, including, without limitation, retaining computer forensic experts, to determine the scope of any data or transactions affected by any Data Breaches, providing all such determinations to the Bank.
