Consumer Fund definition

Consumer Fund means the account established to provide restitution and redress to Affected Consumers as described in Sections VIII, IX and X, and which will be overseen by the MDL Court and which represents an undifferentiated portion of the consumer restitution fund as defined in the Settlement.
Consumer Fund means a fund described in section 6.
Consumer Fund means an interest-bearing escrow account, established pursuant to the Final Escrow Agreement and administered by the Escrow Agent. The principal of the Consumer Fund shall be funded as set forth in the Final Escrow Agreement. The Consumer Fund shall be distributed as specified in the Consumer Distribution Plan.

  • Consumer account means an account established primarily for personal, family, or household use.
