Consumer Fee definition

Consumer Fee means the MoneyGram-designated fee that Agent shall charge a consumer initiating a Transfer Send transaction or the MoneyGram-designated fee charged to a consumer by another representative of MoneyGram for initiating the MoneyGram transfer send transaction associated with the Transfer Receive transaction paid out at a Location of Agent, as the case may be.
Consumer Fee means a variable fee, as designated from time to time by Company, that Ace or any other of Company's agents or trustees for Money Transfer Services shall charge each consumer making a Transfer Send transaction. Subject to subsection (ii) of this Section 3.b, Company shall provide Ace a Consumer Fee schedule, which Company may from time to time amend by providing at least 30 days' prior written notice of the amendment to Ace. Ace shall not charge consumers additional fees of any kind or nature for any Transfer Send transaction.
