Account: HTLF Card Services have three consumer account programs: Cash Back Rewards Card, Secured Card, and Universitiy of Dubuque Affinity Card (individually or collectively called “Visa® Consumer Credit Card Account” or “Account”) established by us for your benefit and the benefit of any Authorized Users pursuant to which you and any Authorized Users may, subject to the terms of this Agreement, access the Credit Line and other benefits provided by us.
