Consumer Complaints definition

Consumer Complaints means a subscriber allegation of wrongdoing.
Consumer Complaints means complaints lodged by members of the public or by entities or organizations regarding consumer related matters, concerning compliance with the Standard by an advertisement or advertiser.
Consumer Complaints shall have the meaning set forth in Section 32(a).
