Consumer Application definition

Consumer Application means a Customer Application that is developed by Customer using the Vuforia Engine product and distributed to consumers by Customer through a public app store. All current and future versions of a Consumer Application across all operating systems (e.g. Android, iOS, Universal Windows Platform etc.) and device types that have the same name (or a minor variation of the name) and substantially similar functionality shall be considered a single Consumer Application. Consumer Applications may be deployed in the number of regions included in the offering (as specified below), plus the number of additional regions purchased.
