Consumer Application definition

Consumer Application means a Customer Application that is developed by Customer using the Vuforia Engine product and distributed to consumers by Customer through a public app store. All current and future versions of a Consumer Application across all operating systems (e.g. Android, iOS, Universal Windows Platform etc.) and device types that have the same name (or a minor variation of the name) and substantially similar functionality shall be considered a single Consumer Application. Consumer Applications may be deployed in the number of regions included in the offering (as specified below), plus the number of additional regions purchased.
Consumer Application means an application for a Consumer to receive credit approval for a Loan Agreement.
Consumer Application means the mobile phone application through which payment transactions can be made.
