Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties.

Description: The Health Service Executive (HSE) wishes to invite tender responses from suppliers, who wish to participate in a National Drawdown Framework Contract Agreement (hereafter ‘the Agreement’) for the supply, delivery and product support of Dental Consumable Products to HSE locations nationally, organisations funded by the HSE and other publicly funded agencies as per the scope of this document.
In addition, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BDSI hereby grants to BND an exclusive license throughout the Territory, with the right to grant sublicenses (subject to Sections 3.4 and 3.5), to use BDSI's registered trademark "Bioral" in connection with the creation of Consumable Products in the Field.
Such changes include for example, but not exclusively: The connection, the employment or installation of components not certified by SKIDATA such as not certified hardware or Consumable Products, the installation of updates available for software of a third party, the connection of hardware of other producers than SKIDATA, the installation of drivers associated to such hardware or the installation of software of third parties.
Consumable Products, such as bulbs, lamps, fuses, fiber optic cables, etc., are not returnable.
SUPPLIER shall also provide DISTRIBUTOR's customers from time to time with reasonable quantities of sample Consumable Products at no charge, and make demonstration Products owned by SUPPLIER available from time to time for demonstrations at the facilities of DISTRIBUTOR's customers, with not less than 30 days advance notice.
If Supplier is unable to fulfill any Order submitted by 3M pursuant to this Agreement, Supplier will allocate Consumable Products in a manner that takes into account prior purchase amounts.
Argonaut shall have the right to modify, reproduce and distribute that portion of the Documentation designated "End User Documentation" in connection with Argonaut's distribution of the Instrument Products and Consumable Products.
