Consumable Products definition

Consumable Products means any cochleates, cochleate derivatives, geodates and proteoliposomes combined with a Nutrient developed for human or Animal consumption that is: (i) based upon, derived from, identified through or related to any Licensed Technology; and (ii) covered by one or more Licensed Patents and would infringe a Valid Claim thereof.
Consumable Products means the products specified as Consumable Products in Exhibit B meeting the Specifications and any 3M-approved substitute Product.
Consumable Products means items (including but not limited to tubes, filters, caps and connectors) consumed or commonly replaced as a result of routine operation of the Instrument Products, excluding chemical reagents and polymeric supports.

  • Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties.

  • If Supplier is unable to fulfill any Order submitted by 3M pursuant to this Agreement, Supplier will allocate Consumable Products in a manner that takes into account prior purchase amounts.

  • Argonaut shall have the right to modify, reproduce and distribute that portion of the Documentation designated "End User Documentation" in connection with Argonaut's distribution of the Instrument Products and Consumable Products.
