Consumable Hardware definition

Consumable Hardware any Converge Hardware that is specified in the Customer Order as being purchased by the Customer (other than Rental Hardware);
Consumable Hardware means any Converge Hardware that is specified in the Order as being purchased by the Customer (other than Rental Hardware).

Examples of Consumable Hardware in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if no software subscription is in effect, but access to the Converge SaaS is still provided to Product Users pursuant to the provision of Converge SaaS-Enabled Consumable Hardware, such Product Users shall only be entitled to access and use the necessary Converge SaaS feature that enable the collection of Sensor Data from any hardware Product (and subject to the applicable Service Scope).

  • If, as set out and as specified in the Customer Order, Customer is purchasing, leasing or using Consumable Hardware and/or Rental Hardware, the terms of Schedule 1 (Converge Hardware) attached shall also apply.

  • Title to Consumable Hardware shall only pass to Customer upon payment in full therefor by the Customer.

Related to Consumable Hardware

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.

  • Consumable means any component of a good that is used up recurrently and needs to be replaced for the good to function as intended;

  • Tooling means tools funded or provided by the Buyer.

  • Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.
