Consulting Methodology definition

Consulting Methodology means and include the ideas, concepts, knowledge base (including, but not limited to, any work product, system technologies, other software, know-how, and intangible knowledge, but not including any Customer Materials or Deliverables as herein defined) created, developed or compiled by ▇▇▇▇▇ while performing the Services or methodologies, processes, inventions and tools (including computer hardware and software where applicable) that Ottra supplies, together with the methods and techniques that Ottra uses to produce the deliverables under a SOW.
Consulting Methodology means concepts, techniques, skills, know-how, methodologies, processes, inventions and tools (including computer hardware and software where applicable) and any enhancements thereto, that Contractor uses to produce work product under this Contract and which are not uniquely related to the project described in this Contract.
Consulting Methodology means and include the ideas, concepts, knowledge base (including, but not limited to, any system technologies, other software, know-how, and intangible knowledge, but not including any Customer Materials or Deliverables as herein defined) created, developed or compiled by GeekyAnts while performing the Services or methodologies, processes, inventions and tools (including computer hardware and software where applicable) that GeekyAnts supplies, together with the methods and techniques that GeekyAnts uses to produce the deliverables under a SOW.

Examples of Consulting Methodology in a sentence

  • No right, title or interest in the Consulting Methodology shall pass to the Client by operation of law, estoppel or otherwise.
