Consulting Hours means hours of professional services provided by the Broker in areas of asset, space or transaction management. The provision of any requested real estate services outside of the required work and work products associated with the scope of services included in SECTION 3-A.

Examples of Consulting Hours in a sentence

  • Education Credits and Consulting Hours not consumed within the Term set forth on this Order shall be forfeited by the Customer unless the Term is extended, in which case, they may be rolled over to the extended term.

  • Extended Consulting Hours consist of any hours outside of the period defined as Regular Consulting Hours.

  • If Customers do not use all of the Consulting Hours allocated to a certain calendar year, Customers shall receive no credit or other consideration for such unused hours.

  • If the Client desires to hire Rogue Wave’s consultant to provide services onsite at the Client’s offices, or at the Client’s designated location, outside of the Normal Working Hours, the professional services will be delivered to Client and deducted from the Prepaid Consulting Hours in four hour increments at 1.5 times the rate per hour set forth on the Order Form.

  • During the Consulting Period, Consultant agrees to provide as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Ball, consulting services for up to one hundred twenty (120) hours per calendar quarter between the Effective Date and December 31, 2000, eighty (80) hours per calendar quarter during 2001 and sixty (60) hours per calendar quarter during 2002 ("Anticipated Consulting Hours").

  • For each calendar month (“Current Month”) during the Consulting Period, ARI may request that Consultant provide, and, if so requested, Consultant agrees to provide, a number of hours of service determined as follows: 77 hours (“Base Monthly Consulting Hours”) plus the Banked Consulting Hours (defined below) plus the Borrowed Consulting Hours (defined below); provided, however, that neither the Total Cap nor the Monthly Cap may be exceeded in any Current Month.

  • The Prepaid Consulting Hours may not be used to cover Rogue Wave’s travel-related costs and expenses for Rogue Wave’s consultant to provide the professional services onsite at the Client’s offices or at the Client’s designated location.

  • Consulting Hours shall be delivered during a Service Appointment delivered entirely virtually via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

  • CONTRACTOR'S compensation for services rendered shall be based in accordance with the following terms: Consulting Hours ñ Planning $ 5,180 Consulting Hours ñ Engagement $ 5,300 Consulting Hours ñ Deliverable Creation $ 6,540 Travel Expenses $ 900 Materials $ 480 Graphic Design $ 1,500 CONTRACTOR shall receive reimbursement for the travel, materials, and design identified above for a maximum amount not to exceed $2,880.

  • Invoices including Variable Consulting Amounts must include the services performed, including the date and hours worked to exceed the Anticipated Consulting Hours and reach the amounts due for the Variable Consulting Amounts.

Related to Consulting Hours

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on a Business Day.

  • Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.

  • Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.
