Consultant's Certificate definition
Consultant's Certificate means a Certificate from a Consultant for a Project, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Atlantic, wherein the Consultant acknowledges the collateral assignment of the Consultant's Agreement and the Plans prepared by such Consultant from Borrower to Atlantic pursuant to this Agreement and agrees to perform all of its obligations under the Consultant's Agreement in the event Atlantic takes possession of the subject Project in connection with the exercise of its remedies hereunder or under the Security Documents after an Event of Default.
Consultant's Certificate means a Certificate from a Consultant for a Project, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to PTR, wherein the Consultant acknowledges the collateral assignment of the Consultant's Agreement and the Plans prepared by such Consultant from Borrower to PTR pursuant to this Agreement and agrees to perform all of its obligations under the Consultant's Agreement in the event PTR takes possession of the subject Project in connection with the exercise of its remedies hereunder or under the Security Documents after an Event of Default.
Consultant's Certificate means a certificate signed by a Consulting Officer.
