In accordance with the Client’s policies concerning visitor access, entry to the Client’s premises may be granted to individual Consultant Representatives for the purposes of meetings, notwithstanding that the process for obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard clearance has not commenced or completed.

Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Owner’s giving such tokens of appreciation to Consultant or Consultant’s employees or other Consultant Representatives is customary in the industry and does not constitute an attempt to improperly influence Consultant or Consultant’s employees or other Consultant Representatives and does not and will not give rise to any claims for civil or criminal misconduct.
