Consultant Level definition

Consultant Level means the adequate and relevant level of competence and experience of a Consultant required for the performance of the Professional Services as specified by the Parties in the Delivery Agreement, or if no such specification exists, as determined by Supplier.
Consultant Level means the level of qualification of the Consultant(s) as set forth on the applicable Order.

Examples of Consultant Level in a sentence

  • If a Consultant becomes unavailable by reason of termination of employment with Supplier, illness, injury or otherwise during the Professional Services, Supplier shall be entitled to replace such Consultant with another Consultant with the same or similar Consultant Level.

  • Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Average Compensation means the average of your W-2 wages from the Company for the five (5) calendar years completed immediately prior to the calendar year in which the Change in Control is effected. Any W-2 wages for a partial year of employment will be annualized, in accordance with the frequency which such wages are paid during such partial year, before inclusion in Average Compensation.

  • Building level or district level leader means an individual employed by the District whose job assignment is that of a building level or district level administrator or an equivalent role, including an administrator licensed by the State Board of Education, an unlicensed administrator, or an individual on an Administrator Licensure Completion Plan. Building level or district level leader does not include the superintendent, deputy superintendents, associate superintendents, and assistant superintendents.

  • Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.

  • Highest Average Compensation means the average Compensation for the three (3) consecutive years of Service with the Employer that produces the highest average. A Year of Service with the Employer is the twelve (12) consecutive month period identical to the Plan Year.
