Consultant Documents definition

Consultant Documents means drawings, plans, models, designs, specifications, reports, photographs, computer software proprietary to the Consultant, surveys, calculations and other data, which are otherwise used in connection with this Contract and which were prepared by or on behalf of the Consultant and/or are instruments of service for the Scope of Work.
Consultant Documents means all documents required or reasonably implied by the nature of the scope of services to be performed by Consultant hereunder, including, but not limited to, plans, specifications, drawings, tracings, designs, calculations, sketches, models and reports.
Consultant Documents means, in respect of the Project or a particular Phase, the drawings, specification and other documents prepared by the Consultant for the Builder in respect of the Project or such Phase, as the case may be, pursuant to this Agreement and accepted in writing by the Builder;

Examples of Consultant Documents in a sentence

  • Such records will not be Deliverables prepared for City and will be Consultant Documents for purposes of this Agreement.

  • City may request copies of Consultant Documents, and to the extent Consultant agrees to provide copies of such Consultant Documents, they may be used by City and its agents, employees, representatives, and assigns, in whole or in part, or in modified form, for all purposes City may deem appropriate without further employment of or payment of any compensation to Consultant.

  • Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, the Consultant shall retain all right, title and interest in any Consultant Documents created prior to the commencement of this Contract.

  • All sub-contractors shall provide for assignment to City of all Consultant Documents prepared by them; and in the event Consultant fails to secure such assignment, Consultant shall indemnify City for all damages resulting therefrom.

  • Consultant may retain copies of such Consultant Documents for its own use.

  • Consultant shall have no claim for further employment or additional compensation as a result of the exercise by City of its full rights of ownership use, reuse, or assignment of the Consultant Documents hereunder.

  • Any use, reuse or assignment of such completed Consultant Documents for other projects and/or use of uncompleted Consultant Documents without specific written authorization by Consultant will be at City’s sole risk and without liability to Consultant, and Consultant’s guarantee and warranties shall not extend to such use or assignment.

  • Reuse of Consultant Documents: All documents including the plans and specifications provided or furnished by the Consultant pursuant to this Agreement are instruments of service in respect of the Project.


More Definitions of Consultant Documents

Consultant Documents means any and all documents required or reasonably implied by the nature of the Project, including, but not limited to, plans, specifications, drawings, designs, calculations, sketches, models and reports;

  • Relevant Documents has the meaning specified in Section 11.02.

  • Non-Consultant Services means services under the Project, which services will be bid and contracted on the basis of performance of measurable physical outputs.
