Examples of Consultant Documents in a sentence
Any use, reuse or assignment of such completed Consultant Documents for other projects and/or use of uncompleted Consultant Documents without specific written authorization by Consultant will be at City’s sole risk and without liability to Consultant, and Consultant’s guarantee and warranties shall not extend to such use or assignment.
Consultant may retain copies of such Consultant Documents for its own use.
Consultant shall have no claim for further employment or additional compensation as a result of the exercise by City of its full rights of ownership use, reuse, or assignment of the Consultant Documents hereunder.
All sub-contractors shall provide for assignment to City of all Consultant Documents prepared by them; and in the event Consultant fails to secure such assignment, Consultant shall indemnify City for all damages resulting therefrom.
Such records will not be Deliverables prepared for City and will be Consultant Documents for purposes of this Agreement.
City may request copies of Consultant Documents, and to the extent Consultant agrees to provide copies of such Consultant Documents, they may be used by City and its agents, employees, representatives, and assigns, in whole or in part, or in modified form, for all purposes City may deem appropriate without further employment of or payment of any compensation to Consultant.
Consultant will provide City a copy of all final Consultant Documents, including but not limited to prints, reproductions, reports, plans, specifications and related documents, which will become the property of City, if Consultant's copyrighted instruments will remain in the ownership of Consultant if Consultant, at Consultant’s sole discretion, may so identify them by appropriate markings.
Any reports and other material prepared by or on behalf of Consultant under this Agreement that are not Deliverables (collectively, the "Consultant Documents") will be and remain the property of Consultant.
Both Consultant Documents and Equipment shall be and are the exclusive property of the Company to be used by Consultant only in the performance of its duties for the Company.
Consultant will provide NIRPC a copy of all final Consultant Documents, including but not limited to prints, reproductions, reports, plans, specifications and related documents, which will become the property of NIRPC, if Consultant's copyrighted instruments will remain in the ownership of Consultant if Consultant, at Consultant’s sole discretion, may so identify them by appropriate markings.
