Consultancy Staff definition

Consultancy Staff means any officer, employee, worker or representative of the Consultancy supplied to provide the Consultancy Services (and, save where otherwise indicated, includes any officer, employee, worker or representative of any third party to whom the provision of the Consultancy Services is assigned or sub-contracted with the prior approval of the Client);

  • JSS Search may substitute alternative resources to act as Consultancy Staff on the Project at any time.

  • Where the Consultancy Services are invoiced based on days provided, the Client shall not be charged for periods during which Consultancy Services are not performed irrespective of the reason (including due to any Consultancy Staff being unavailable to perform Consultancy Services).

  • No terms in any Contract shall prevent JSS Search or any of the Consultancy Staff from being engaged, concerned or having any financial interest in any other business, trade, profession, or occupation or from providing services to any other party during a Project provided that such business activity does not cause a breach of or create a conflict of interest with JSS Search’s obligations under the Contract or otherwise be detrimental to the Project.
