CONSULTANCY SERVICES CONTRACT definition
CONSULTANCY SERVICES CONTRACT means the Form of Agreement entered between “The Owner” and “The Consultant” for the provision of the Scope of Services described in the “Tender Documents” of Public Tender No.: (10/22) as maybe amended from time to time.
CONSULTANCY SERVICES CONTRACT means a consultancy services contract to be entered into between CEM Special and the Company on the Closing Date, pursuant to which CEM Special shall provide certain services to the Company and second its employee, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, to the Company in order to provide the services, in the form of attached hereto as Appendix III.
