Consultancy Contract definition

Consultancy Contract means the Contract signed by the Parties, to which these Conditions of Consultancy Contract are attached, together with all the documents of such signed Contract.
Consultancy Contract means the contract entered into between the Recipient and the Consultant dated DD MMM YYYY as specified and defined as the “Contract” in the Initial Subsidy Agreement.

More Definitions of Consultancy Contract
