Constructive Order definition

Constructive Order means delivery of calls to or acceptance of calls from the Customer's End Users over Company-switched local exchange services constitutes a Constructive Order by the Customer to purchase switched access services as described herein. Similarly, the selection of the Customer by an End User as the End User's PIC constitutes a Constructive Order for switched access by the Customer.

  • Corrective order means an order issued by the commissioner specifying corrective actions that the commissioner has determined are required.
