Constructive Maintenance definition

Constructive Maintenance means maintenance that is performed by Inter8 and that consists of i) launching Updates and/or Patches of the Platform and/or ii) performing requests for change initiated by the Customer; Consultancy: means advice, training or assistance given to the Customer by ▇ Billing Consultant on the optimum use of the CloudBilling Platform or activities performed by a Billing Consultant on behalf of the customer for the purposes of using the Platform.

Related to Constructive Maintenance

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.
