Construction Work Package definition

Construction Work Package means a breakdown of the construction portion of the work into manageable packages of work at a sufficient level of detail for oversight and monitoring of the execution of the work which comprises the applicable Construction Work Package. Each Construction Work Package may include:

Examples of Construction Work Package in a sentence

  • If the Contractor is found eligible for an extension of time for a Construction Work Package, the Contracting Officer will issue a modification reflecting such extension.

  • Provide a time-impact analysis that illustrates the impact during the update period in which the event occurred, that the event has been mitigated to the greatest possible extent, and that the event still impacts overall completion of the applicable Construction Work Package.

  • The Installed Commodities Baseline shall identify the commodities planned for installation for each Construction Work Package, where applicable.

  • Supplier shall prepare and deliver to Bruce Power the “Commodity Installation Report” by Construction Work Package in accordance with the “Work Reporting Requirements” mentioned inSection 12.0 Part 3.

  • In accordance with the Work Breakdown Structure, the Level 3 Schedule shall identify all major Key Work Milestones and required Deliverables for each Construction Work Package, which will facilitate roll-up reporting in respect of each summary level Construction Work Package of physical percent complete, actual start dates, current forecast start dates, actual completion dates, and current forecast completion dates.

  • Upon completion of each Construction Work Package and as a condition of final payment for that Construction Work Package, the Contractor shall submit an electronic copy and two (2) hard copies of a Record As-Built CPM Schedule showing actual start and finish dates for all work activities and milestones, based on the accepted monthly updates.

  • Preliminary Construction Schedule: A CPM schedule covering every activity involved in the contractual scope of work to be started or completed within the first 90 days of the Construction Work Package.

  • Upon completion of each Construction Work Package and as a condition of final payment for that Construction Work Package, the Contractor shall submit an electronic copy and two (2) hard copies of a Record As-Built CPM Schedule showing actual start and finish dates for all work activities and milestones, based on the accepted weekly updates.

  • Qualifications: A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the Commonwealth of Virginia with a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a superintendent, QCM, project manager or construction manager on construction contracts similar in size and type to the Construction Work Package, including the major trades that are involved, is required.

  • For each such Construction Work Package Request, the Contractor will submit a firm fixed price proposal to the Contracting Officer in response to and in compliance with that request.

Related to Construction Work Package

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project Facilities in accordance with this Agreement;

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • Demolition works means any physical activity to tear down or break up a structure (or part thereof) or surface, or the like, and includes the loading of demolition waste and the unloading of plant or machinery.

  • piece-work means any work the pay for which is estimated by the amount of work performed irrespective of the time occupied in its performance;

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Construction waste means solid waste which is produced or generated during construction, remodeling, or repair of pavements, houses, commercial buildings, and other structures. Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
