Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Sublease, upon Subtenant's request, Sublandlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to (1) enforce Master Landlord's one year warranty as described in Section 5.04 of the Master Lease, and (2) pursue any and all of the contractor's and manufacturer's guarantees and warranties and causes of action ("Construction Warranties") (to the extent such Construction Warranties are assigned to Sublandlord).
