Construction Support Activities definition
Construction Support Activities means the various construction-related activities that occur alongside the construction activity, and can include activities associated with concrete or asphalt batch plants, equipment staging yards, materials storage areas, excavated material disposal areas, and borrow areas.
Construction Support Activities means activities which involve the use or operation of concrete or asphalt batch plants, equipment staging yards, material storage areas, excavated material disposal areas or borrow areas provided all the following criteria are satisfied:
