CONSTRUCTION SITE PACKAGE means the package of information and executed Completion Certification to be delivered by Vendor to SBCW, together with a Document Checklist, which package would have been required to be delivered in connection with a Completed BTS Site under the terms of the BTS Agreement as it existed prior to the date hereof.
