Construction site access definition

Construction site access means a stabilized stone surface at all points of ingress or egress to a project site for the purpose of capturing and detaining sediment carried by tires of vehicles or other equipment entering or exiting the project site.
Construction site access means a stabilized stone surface at all points of construction related ingress to and egress from an approved reference manual, and maintained throughout the period of land disturbing activities for the purpose of capturing and detaining sediment carried by tires, tracks, or other surface contact components of vehicles, earthmoving equipment, or material and personnel transport conveyances.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
