Construction Rules and Regulations definition

Construction Rules and Regulations means those certain construction rules and regulations heretofore provided to Tenant entitled “▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Contractor Rules and Regulations” and identified thereon as “Update 2 26 09” with the following modifications and amendments: (i) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Construction Rules and Regulations, in the event of a conflict between the Construction Rules and Regulations and this Lease, the terms of this Lease shall prevail. (ii) In the seventh bullet point set forth in Attachment C to the Construction Rules and Regulations. entitled “Closing Package Requirements:’ the words “Copy of original” are substituted in place of the word “Original” at the beginning thereof. (iii) In the eighth bullet point set forth in Attachment C to the Construction Rules and Regulations, entitled “Closing Package Requirements,” the words “Copy of stamped” are substituted in place of the word “Stamped” at the beginning thereof. (iv) The following is hereby added at the end of Attachment C to the Construction Rules and Regulations, entitled “Closing Package Requirements”: “Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Attachment C, the above referenced documents and/or items shall be provided by Tenant, at Tenant’s sole option, in the form of copies or originals.”
Construction Rules and Regulations means those certain rules and regulations as issued by the Landlord with respect to the performance of any Alteration at the Building.
Construction Rules and Regulations means Landlord’s standard rules and regulations relating to construction and alterations, as updated and revised from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall have the right to make Alterations to the Premises with prior written notice to, but without the consent of, Landlord, provided that such Alterations do not require a permit from the local government authority with jurisdiction thereof and (i) do not affect the structural portions of the Building or the Project or the Building Systems, (ii) are “generic” office improvements, (iii) cannot be seen from the exterior of the Building, (iv) consist of improvements and finishes that are similar to, and of equal or higher quality than, the improvements and finishes existing in the Premises as of the Commencement Date, and (v) are otherwise performed in full compliance with the terms of Paragraphs 12(b) through ‎12(k) below.

Examples of Construction Rules and Regulations in a sentence

  • Tenant and Tenant's contractor will reimburse Landlord for the cost of any damage or disruption caused by the failure of Tenant or Tenant's contractor to comply with the Construction Rules and Regulations.

  • Any work which involves penetration of the building slab shall be repaired per the replacement details and methods contained in the Construction Rules and Regulations for the Center, including the patching of the Stego and waterproof sub-slab vapor membrane.

  • The Construction Rules and Regulations for the Building are attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A and must be followed by all parties.

More Definitions of Construction Rules and Regulations

Construction Rules and Regulations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.06B hereof.
Construction Rules and Regulations means those certain rules and regulations issued by Landlord with respect to the performance of any construction at the Premises annexed hereto and incorporated herein as Schedule 5.
Construction Rules and Regulations means the building rules and regulations for construction work annexed hereto as Schedule G, and such other reasonable modifications and additions to same as Landlord and Landlord’s agents may from time to time adopt, on notice to Tenant to be given in accordance with the terms of this Lease. If a conflict or inconsistency exists between the Construction Rules and Regulations and the provisions of this Lease, then the provisions of this Lease shall control.
Construction Rules and Regulations means Landlord’s standard rules and regulations relating to construction and alterations, as updated and revised from time to time, provided that the same are subject to the same limitations elsewhere stated in this Lease concerning rules and in no event shall the Construction Rules and Regulations require any security, deposits or performance bonds.
Construction Rules and Regulations means Landlord’s standard rules and regulations to construction and alterations, as updated and revised from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, provided Tenant is not in Default under this Lease, Tenant may, upon no less than ten (10) days prior written notice to Landlord and submission to Landlord of plans and specifications therefor (if applicable), but without the necessity of obtaining Landlord’s prior written consent, (1) paint and/or carpet the Premises, without regard to the cost thereof, and (2) make other interior, cosmetic Alterations to the Premises having a cost not to exceed $5,000.00, so long as the same do not (A) require a building permit, (B) affect, interfere with or disrupt any of the Systems of the Building, (C) affect the outside appearance of the Building, (D) affect the roof of the Building, or (E) affect any structural element of the Building. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Landlord will not require approval of the contractor or the posting of a performance bond in connection with any Alterations which do not require consent in accordance with the foregoing.
