Construction Risk definition

Construction Risk. The party specified in the Schedule shall insure against all usual risks in respect of the Works which shall cover any loss of, damage or injury to or in respect of (inter alia) part of or the whole of the Works and any variation or extensions thereto to the extent of their full value.
Construction Risk means the possibility of adverse impacts on project costs of such factors as design errors, unexpected geological conditions, time and cost overruns and inability to meet technical specifications.

  • Tenant shall deliver both resulting schedules of value to Landlord within thirty (30) days following delivery of Landlord’s Construction Risk Notice.
