Construction Requirement definition

Construction Requirement means the requirement that new commercial uses construct a specified number of affordable housing units pursuant to the formula specified by Section 17.69.050.
Construction Requirement means those requirements of 47 C.F.R. Section 27.14(s) that must be satisfied by one holding a license that was offered in the Auction prior to the expiration of the initial term of such license.
Construction Requirement means the requirements as set forth in Drawings, Specification and Technical Proposal, General specification for Constructions and O&M Requirements.

Examples of Construction Requirement in a sentence

  • Any such Design and Construction Requirement Change and any related change in the terms and conditions of this Design-Build Agreement shall be reflected in a Change Order.

  • The parties recognize that a Governmental Body may impose terms and conditions in connection with a Governmental Approval that require a Design and Construction Requirement Change.

  • Accordingly, the design and construction costs resulting from any Design and Construction Requirement Change required under this Section shall be borne by the Design-Builder.

  • In the event of the imposition of any such additional terms and conditions imposed by a Governmental Body, the Owner shall promptly proceed to issue a Change Order that reflects all Design and Construction Requirement Changes reasonably necessary to comply with such additional terms and conditions.

  • Any Design and Construction Requirement Change made on account of Uncontrollable Circumstances and any related change in the terms and conditions of this Design-Build Agreement, shall be reflected in a Change Order.

  • The Design-Builder shall have no right to object to such Design and Construction Requirement Change, however, if the Owner affords the Design-Builder any price, schedule, performance and other relief necessary to avoid any such material effect.

  • Upon the occurrence of an Uncontrollable Circumstance prior to the Acceptance Date, the Owner shall promptly proceed, subject to the terms, conditions and procedures set forth in Section 9.3 (Uncontrollable Circumstances - Entitlement to Relief), to issue a Change Order that reflects all Design and Construction Requirement Changes reasonably necessary to address the Uncontrollable Circumstance.

  • At such meetings, discussions will be held concerning all aspects of the design, construction and testing of the Design-Build Improvements including, but not limited to, construction schedule, progress payments, Design and Construction Requirement Changes, shop drawings, progress photographs, and any soil boring data and shop test results.

  • The responsibility rests with the employee to complete all eligibility requirements of the existing carriers of all medical, health and welfare benefits under this Collective Agreement.

Related to Construction Requirement

  • Certification Requirements means those requirements specified or referenced in this Agreement that you must meet in order to use and maintain the Certification Designation and use the Logo in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Design requirements means the written description of the infrastructure facility to be procured pursuant to this article, including:

  • Storage Injection Requirements means all volumes required by the Seller for injection into underground storage, including cushion gas, and for liquification, including fuel used for injection and in liquification plants, or for such other storage projects that may be developed expressly for the protection of supply to high priority users.

  • Perfection Requirement or “Perfection Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(j) of this Agreement.

  • Data Protection Requirements means (a) Data Protection Laws; (b) Privacy Policies; and (c) Data Protection Orders.
