Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM definition

Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM means the person assigned by DB Contractor who is responsible for management of the quality control aspect of the CQMP, as more particularly described in Section 2.2.8.1.1 of the Technical Provisions.
Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM shall have the meaning set forth in Technical Provision 2. Construction Quality Management Plan (CQMP) shall have the meaning set forth in Technical Provision 2. Contract Documents shall mean this Agreement, including all exhibits, appendices, and the other documents listed in Section 1.2 of this Agreement, including all amendments to the foregoing and all Change Orders issued. Contributing Zone shall mean the area including all drainage basins or watersheds of all streams and rivers that eventually flow over a recharge zone.

  • Developer shall identify and communicate inspection or hold points to the CQAF, Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM), and TxDOT and develop procedures to proceed beyond inspection points.
