Construction Programme definition

Construction Programme means the construction programme referred to in the Connection Agreement;
Construction Programme means the programme for construction of the Power Project as set out in Annexure H (Construction Programme), which specifies certain Milestones for the construction of the Power Project and the due dates for such Milestones;
Construction Programme means (subject to Clause 17 (Extensions of Time)) the outline programme in relation to each Project Facility comprising part of the Works which, as at the Effective Date is in the Agreed Form, as amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

Examples of Construction Programme in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement the Minister may at the request of the Trustee or the Manager from time to time extend or further extend any period or vary or further vary any date referred to in this Agreement or in the Design and Construction Programme, other than the Period of Exclusivity, for such period or to such later date as the Minister thinks fit whether or not the period to be extended has expired or the date to be varied has passed.

  • The Company shall at the Customer's marshalling rack and in accordance with the Construction Programme provide the Customer with any signals from the Company's Equipment which the Customer reasonably requires for control and protection purposes and for the operation of the protection relays specified in this Clause 9.

  • The Company shall as part of the Company's Connection Works, provide, install, calibrate and commission in accordance with the Construction Programme (and in accordance with any relevant provisions of the Grid Code) and maintain throughout the Term, Operational Instrumentation in the Communications and Control Room which interfaces with the Company's Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.

  • Once the new date or dates are fixed the Construction Programme and/or Commissioning Programme shall be deemed automatically amended as appropriate.

  • The Customer shall at its cost and expense provide and install in accordance with the Construction Programme and this Clause 9, and maintain throughout the Term, the protection relays detailed in this Clause 9.


More Definitions of Construction Programme

Construction Programme the programme for the construction and installation of the Plant set out in the [Development Agreement] as ascribed herein from time to time adjusted by agreement of the Parties;
Construction Programme means the programme for the construction of the Facility as set out in Schedule Part (Construction Programme) which specifies certain milestones for the construction of the Facility and the scheduled dates for such milestones;
Construction Programme the programme for the design, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of the Early Generation Facility and each Plant set out in Schedule 7, as from time to time adjusted by agreement of the Parties;
Construction Programme means the programme for the carrying out of the Works set out in Schedule 4 (Construction Programme) and as amended in accordance with the provisions of Clause 10 (Construction Programme);
Construction Programme means the programme defined in Annex 5;
Construction Programme as defined in clause 1.1 of the Project Agreement;
Construction Programme means the construction programme for the design, construction, Commissioning and Testing of the Customer’s Connection Works and the Company’s Connection Works which said programme shall have due regard to the milestones contained and more particularly described in the Commissioning Plan, as referred to in Appendix 1A (Construction, Commissioning and Connection – Non-Contestable), Appendix 1B (Construction, Commissioning and Connection – TAO Contested) or Appendix 1C (Construction, Commissioning and Connection – TSO Contested) (as applicable) of these General Conditions;
