The architect (and other Construction Professionals, as appropriate) shall prepare detailed construction drawings for the work to be performed at the Demised Premises, incorporating the improvements to comply with all of Tenant’s obligations under this Master Lease or as determined by Landlord in consultation with Tenant with respect to work to be done on behalf of Landlord.
Upon Landlord’s request from time to time, Tenant shall assign to Landlord any or all contracts or agreements with contractors, vendors, suppliers and/or Construction Professionals as designated by Landlord in connection with all Tenant Work performed on behalf of Landlord.

These problem- solving meetings shall be scheduled as the construction field conditions and the Project may require, and/or shall be at such time as the Construction Professional(s), the Professional, the Department, the Project Director, Department Field Representative and any construction manager agree is appropriate to the Project construction work progress.
Notify the Construction Professional(s), in writing, (copy to the Department) of delinquent submittals, the consequences of such delays, and prescribe a time schedule for their submittal/resubmittal, which will not jeopardize the Construction Contract completion date.
Task 705 PROGRESS MEETINGS: Conduct and record monthly scheduled Project construction progress meetings with the Project Director, Department Field Representative, the State/Client Agency, the Construction Professional(s), and any construction manager.
The Professional shall conduct pre-contract meetings with responsive, responsible qualified construction Bidder(s) to review the following items: (1) Understanding of the design intent of the Contract Documents; and (2) To advise and assist the Construction Professional(s) in understanding the requirements of the Department’s standard form of Construction Contract Documents, Project scope of work, and its Construction Contract award procedures.
The Professional shall have access to the Construction Professional(s) work at all times.
