Construction Plan Approval definition

Construction Plan Approval means a set of drawings that authorizes construction of approved site improvements and other land disturbing activities for various phases of the Beazer project, and all subsequent modifications and approvals that may hereafter be made a part thereof, but all of which will be contained in the Town files for this project.
