Construction Observer definition

Construction Observer or the “Observer” shall mean the County’s employee or a contracted consultant who performs construction engineering and inspection services for the Project.
Construction Observer. An authorized representative of the PROJECT MANAGER assigned to observe the Work performed and materials furnished by the CONTRACTOR or such other person as may be appointed by the VILLAGE as their representative. The CONTRACTOR shall be notified in writing of the identity of this representative. Contract Documents: The Contract, Addenda, Instructions to Bidders, CONTRACTOR'S Bid, the Bonds, the Notice of Award, these General Conditions, Special Conditions, the Specifications, Modifications, Notice to Proceed, Invitation to Bid, Acknowledgment of Conformance with OSHA Standards, and Work Directives.
Construction Observer means the company or individual identified above. Construction Observer may employ for the Services rendered, engineers, architects, landscape architects, and surveyors licensed by the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:
