Construction NTP definition

Construction NTP means that Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner’s Representative authorizing A/E to commence the Construction Services.
Construction NTP is defined in Section 5.1.
Construction NTP means the notice to proceed issued by the City to Contractor to commence the Construction Implementation Stage.

Examples of Construction NTP in a sentence

  • NOCs will be filed upon Final Completion of all Work performed under a Construction NTP.

  • All Project construction shall be completed by the dates specified in the schedule to be provided in the Construction NTP.

  • Individual Construction NTP values will utilize Designer/Builder’s firm fixed-price cost proposals developed as part of the work authorized by the Design NTP and as subsequently negotiated with the District.

  • Designer/Builder shall be responsible for obtaining all DSA and other regulatory permits and approvals prior to issuance of a Construction NTP, in coordination with the District and at the District’s expense, and shall make copies available to the District of all permit applications and approvals.

  • Description Designer/Builder shall procure, install and construct the entirety of the work as defined in the approved Construction Documents as referenced in the approved Construction NTP to provide a fully functional, fully complete, utility interconnected and operational finished product.

  • The commencement date for the Construction Contract Time shall be as set forth in the Construction NTP.

  • Upon receipt and approval of all permits, required pre- construction submittals, and following the Pre-Construction Conference, an initial or full Notice to Proceed with Construction (NTP) will be issued.

  • Within ten (10) days after issuance of the Construction NTP, the Contractor shall submit a “Cost Breakdown” of the Construction Contract Price for District delineating the major components of the Work review and comment.
