Construction Manager Constructor definition
Construction Manager Constructor or "CMC" means the Construction Manager that in addition to acting as an advisor to the Owner during a design period, assumes responsibility for the construction of the Project. The CMC become contractually bound to provide the labor and material for the Project. The CMC may also serve as administrator of multiple prime contract construction; however, some states prohibit that practice.
