Construction Estoppels has the meaning set forth in Section 16(d).
Examples of Construction Estoppels in a sentence
Except as set forth in this subsection (d), Seller has no obligation to obtain such Construction Estoppels and notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is not a condition to Closing that Seller shall have obtained any Construction Estoppels.
In the event Seller receives any Construction Estoppels executed by the respective contractor prior to the Closing, Seller shall deliver same to Purchaser.
