Construction Escrow definition

Construction Escrow has the meaning provided in Section 3.1(u) of this Agreement.
Construction Escrow is defined in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Construction Escrow. An agreement to be entered into by and among Lender, Borrower, and the Construction Escrowee providing for disbursement of Loan proceeds and the issuance of title insurance in connection therewith. CONSTRUCTION ESCROWEE: Chicago Title and Trust Company.
