Construction Division definition

Construction Division means the Construction Division of the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
Construction Division means each of the following branches of WESCO or Wesco Equity Corporation, as applicable: (a) Hicksville, (b) Parsippany, (c) Rochester, (d) Pittsburgh, (e) Las Vegas, (f) Avon Electrical Supply/Liberty Electric, (g) Manu▇▇ ▇▇▇ (h) [Nevada Electric Supply].
Construction Division shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals.
