Construction Client' means any agency or department of the State or City of New York for which DASNY is authorized to design, acquire, construct, finance or otherwise provide projects.

Examples of Construction Client' in a sentence

  • If approved by City Manager and Public Information Officer only & Prior to Construction, Client agrees to allow Consultant, at Consultant’s expense, to erect a sign no larger than 32 square feet displaying Consultant’s logo, phone number, and website.

  • On building and construction projects where the Construction Client has his own system for registration, the Contractor shall ensure that the persons who perform work on the building and construction site register in the Construction Client's system for registration.

  • Any liability for taxes or fees, charges or coercive fines imposed on the Construction Client as a result of the Contractor not having complied with his obligations under this clause, is the Contractor's responsibility and shall be paid by him.
