  • If required under the Construction Approval Process in connection with any Parking Facilities Improvements or Alterations constructed or installed by Operator, Operator shall furnish, at its sole cost and expense (except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement), a payment bond as prescribed by the City Attorney in the principal sum (i.e., 100%) of the amount of the construction, alteration, repair or improvement work in excess of $25,000 proposed by Operator.
