Constructing a well definition

Constructing a well or "construct a well" means:

Constructing a well or "construct a well" means: boring, digging, drilling, or excavating a well; installing casing, sheeting, lining, or well screens, in a well; or drilling a geotechnical soil boring. "Constructing a well" or "construct a well" includes the alteration of an existing well.

Related to Constructing a well

  • Constructing Entity means either the Transmission Owner or the New Services Customer, depending on which entity has the construction responsibility pursuant to Tariff, Part VI and the applicable Construction Service Agreement; this term shall also be used to refer to an Interconnection Customer with respect to the construction of the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Excavation means the mechanical removal of earth material.

  • Constructional Plant means all equipments, materials, appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for execution, completion or maintenance of the works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.
