To produce this outcome, COGS has enlisted the support of SGM Engineering and is interested in Contractor support for Constructability reviews.
An acceptable and effective Constructability Review is a goal for the CM@Risk and the Owner.
The Constructability Review shall (a) minimize areas of conflict, errors, omissions, and overlapping of the Work to be performed by the various Subcontractors, (b) confirm that the full Scope of Work has been included in the Drawings, (c) endeavor to minimize cost and Value Engineer Proposals where appropriate, and (d) allow for phased and/or fast-track bid packages and construction, as required.
It is anticipated that services for Constructability Review will commence soon after the issuance of the NTP.
