Constriction definition

Constriction means a state of absolute coercion for the injured party, who is therefore deprived of any possibility of acting in a manner contrary to the harm feared by the public official by abusing of his powers or duties.
Constriction in this sense means a narrow reading of the fundamental right in question, obviating the inquiry of whether the regulation in question strikes a proper balance between individual liberties and social control.
Constriction has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 6.9 below;
