Constitutional Majority definition
Constitutional Majority means a majority of all the members elected to the House. (Constitution, Article 4, Section 25.)
Constitutional Majority means a majority of all the Members duly elected and sworn into the Congress.
Constitutional Majority means those Owners eligible to cast not less than sixty-seven percent (67%) in the aggregate of the Percentage Vote eligible to be cast by the Co-Owners.
